NTE Nameless Hospital Ending 2: An Offering to Evil
You’ve completed the first Nameless Hospital Ending. Now, you’re ready to tackle Nameless Hospital Ending 2. The second run through the Nameless Hospital sends you hunting for three Surveillance Record Clues. The second floor is your main hunting ground this time. You should already have the Staff Elevator Card in your inventory from completing the first ending.
Just an FYI: this walkthrough is a quick and direct guide to completing Nameless Hospital Ending 2. You can explore at your discretion, obviously. But this walkthrough is done so that you do not have to adjust the water valve in the boiler room.
The First Surveillance Record Clue
You start in the same hospital lobby as Ending 1. Skip the computer at the reception desk entirely; you don't need the Anomaly Disorder Clue this time. Head down the hall to your left, then turn right. Enter the very first room on your right, just across from the elevator. Go all the way into the room and grab the first Surveillance Record Clue from the desk on the right. Then head back the way you came and take the elevator across the all to go up to the second floor.
The Second Floor
When the elevator doors open, you'll notice the entire second floor may be flooded. Flooded is good. It means all of the doors should be unlocked. Turn right, then left into the lobby and go to the opposite side of the lobby. Anomalies will spawn. Defeat them before moving on.
Finding the Second Surveillance Record Clue
Head all the way down the hall and turn left. Watch the first corner carefully; a Bandaged Monster spawns there. Keep moving to the end of the hall, turn left, and enter the first room on the right just after the restroom. The second Surveillance Record Clue is on the bulletin board on the left wall.
The Bandaged Monster may follow you in here. If his footsteps sound close, stand in the back right corner of the room and stay still. He'll pass right by without spotting you.
Finding the Third Surveillance Record Clue
Continue down the long corridor until you reach the destroyed wall. Directly across from it, on the right side of the hall, is the boiler room. Go inside and grab the last Surveillance Record Clue from the bulletin board.
Triggering the Ending
Head back to the main lobby and enter the room behind the front desk. Submit all three Surveillance Record Clues to trigger the Ending 2 cutscene: An Offering to Evil.
